Ichiran Shinjuku Kabukicho's natural pork-bone ramen broth is made to perfection to draw out the maximum flavor of the pork. Their special raw noodles are made from a unique blend of quality flours, with the foremost consideration being a synergetic connection with their broth. To augment the flavor, they use their in-house aged Spicy Red Sauce that has a chili-powder base and a blend of 30 different ingredients.
