Try simple and delicious dishes made with Hadaka Barley! Hadaka Barley is a type of barley that is produced only in certain areas. The flavor and nutrition of this barley is currently being recognized throughout the world, as it has three times more fiber than unpolished brown rice. The texture and light fragrance of this grain has people wanting to eat it over and over. Food made with Sanuki Hadaka Barley produced in Kagawa prefecture will be on display during this exhibit. In addition to the food on display, there will also be simple and delicious recipes that use Hadaka Barley available. While this exhibit is going on, there will be a special menu with dishes that use Hadaka Barley at Shinjuku Branch of the The Conran Shop Café on the 3rd floor of the building the gallery is located in.
