Downtown Shinjuku is Filled with Winter Lights During this Event!
Mon, November 18, 2019 - Wed, December 25, 2019
Nishi-Shinjuku is an area filled with skyscrapers and offices. For the people who work there to feel as if the space is more inviting, the Machigurumi project was started to break down the barriers perceived by the workers and show a more vibrant side of the city. Five buildings, four hotels, and one department store in the area are participating in the Nishi-Shinjuku Machigurumi Project. Part of this project is a winter light display designed by HAL Tokyo students. As the theme of this display is love, it’s best to enjoy the winter light creations made by these young designers with your special someone!
