Measures Taken in Shared Spaces
- Thorough cleaning and disinfection of the facilities in the hotels
- Hand sanitizer is located at the entrances of the hotels and restaurants, outside and inside of elevators, and in powder rooms.
- Only a limited number of people can ride the elevator at the same time.

Measures Taken During Check-In
- Guests are asked to wear masks when they enter the hotel and during their visit when they are not in their rooms.
- An acrylic panel has been set up at the reception desk to prevent the spread of germs between the staff and guests.
- Guests are asked to disinfect their hands, have their temperature taken with a contactless thermometer, and fill in a form regarding their health condition.
- Guests are given a safety kit consisting of alcohol-based disinfectant spray and a mask case. (Kit is only distributed at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo.)

- Some seats are off-limits so that social distance can be maintained.
- Reservation times are spread out.
- Hand sanitizer is available on site.
- An acrylic guard has been placed at the cashier counter to prevent the spread of germs between staff and guests.

Precautions Taken in the Guest Rooms
- Before and after cleaning the guest rooms, the cleaning staff sanitizes their hands.
- Each area of the room is thoroughly disinfected after a guest leaves.
- After a room has been disinfected and cleaned, a sticker is placed on the door indicating that it has been so that it will remain clean. (This measure is only taken at the Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo and Hilton Tokyo.)
